What People are Saying about the "The Property Investor's Toolkit"
New Level of Play for Seasoned Investors
Gary, thanks for providing us with the
opportunity to play your game today. I found that it was a lot
more detailed than any of the other Real Estate games that I
have played. I think that beginner investors may get lost in
the detail and will need to revisit the game many times to get
the hang of the calculations required. However, as a
seasoned investor, I found it very stimulating and enjoyed the
new level of play that your game provided.
I
think is it great that you have applied yourself in the way that
you have to produce a book and this game and hope it brings you
much success!

An
EXCELLENT teaching aide for beginning investors!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Gary,
thank you for showing us your boardgame. The game definitely
shows a number of the considerations a new investor needs to
know before entering the market, I am particularly impressed
with the financial structures and due diligence sections as
these are often overlooked by the novice investor to their
detriment.
While
slow to get going, I liked the game concept and content. Its
an EXCELLENT teaching aide for beginning investors.

Property Millionaire The Boardgame
TM” is Educational, Challenging,
Thought Provoking and just plain FUN to play.
As
a prospective property investor and part of my research into this
daunting form of investment, I have had the opportunity to play "Property
Millionaire The Boardgame
TM". It is an invaluable teaching aid, walking you through the process of
successfully entering the investment property market. It challenges you to
change your thought processes, take the blinkers off and look at and assess
every opportunity that greets you, as well as creating opportunities of your
own.
Uncomparable to anything I’ve previously come across. NEW, FRESH and RELEVANT to
the Australian market place. "Property Millionaire The Boardgame
TM" is a MUST HAVE in your educational
arsenal as you make those first big steps towards becoming a successful
property investor and the best part is it’s great fun to play while your
learning.

Gary's game, Property Millionaire, blew my
socks off. I've played almost every other financial related game,
and for the property market none comes close to simulating from
start to finish the accuracy of this game in emulating the property
investing process! As in real life, it will take you a while to
learn, and if you ever master it you can be assured you will have
the skills and knowledge to build a successful real life portfolio!
You're a genius Gary!

Though we will be running the Cashflow 101 Game
Tournament for the rest of Semester 1,
we have decided to hold a similar competition
with "Property Millionaire - The Boardgame" in 2nd Semester due to
the popularity and educational value of Gary's game.

I still enjoy the entertainment value of
Monopoly and the more recent
Cashflow, but I found it hard to
find a board game that took the concept of property investment to the next
level. The thing I most enjoy about playing "Property Millionaire The Boardgame TM" is that it goes into more detail
on how to actually achieve success in property investment. It contains essential
information about the key steps needed to invest in property.
While entertaining, "Property Millionaire
The Boardgame TM" is much more. Little did I realise
that one day I would be trying to do for real what I was at the time
just doing for fun building a property portfolio.
I recommend it to anyone looking to refine their
property investment skills in an active way.

Having bought a property after a divorce and
recommencing the asset consolidation process in my late thirties, I
was reticent to extend myself into the property investment market.
Through playing "Property Millionaire The Boardgame
TM", I gained confidence and “inside”
property management information I needed to take that important first step in
securing my children’s financial future.
